As a spiritual leader, our first responsibility is to be equipped for the journey that our Lord is taking us on. It cannot be overstated that the primary way for us to be in tune with what God is speaking to us is to become students of the Bible and spend time talking to Him regularly. God will give you wisdom as you practice these two truths. He also gives us wisdom as He speaks through those around us.
